5. Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
5.1 Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow at least fourteen (14) business days from our receipt of your returned item for the refund to be credited to your account. This processing time is dependent upon your financial institution and may vary.
5.2 PayPal Refunds: For payments made via PayPal, please be aware that refunds may take at least fourteen (14) business days to process. Furthermore, in certain regions, local laws or PayPal’s own policies may mandate a refund processing period of up to thirty (30) days. We adhere to these requirements where applicable, and you acknowledge that such delays are beyond our control.
5.3 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
6. Prohibited Activities
